Original source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsfOdwT92tY One of Steve Ballmer's defining personality traits was his ability to motivate an entire crowd of techies to finish any job, or simply to have celebratory fun like at the 25th anniversary event with Ballmer jumping around on-stage screaming with excitement, proclaiming his love for the company. One moment in particular he would become well known for was his chanting of developers during a .NET presentation in either 1999 or 2000, with very visible sweat on his light blue shirt. Since then, the clip has become widespread even before YouTube opened its doors and has even been remixed in a number of ways. For the longest time, this clip was only available in many varying levels of lower quality, and only featured him chanting about developers for a nearly 20-second duration. That was until recently as of this writing that an extended 60-second version was unearthed featuring much better audio and visual quality than what was out there before, and also providing more context about what took place at the event. Some adjustments to the original source were made for this clip, mainly correcting the aspect ratio and resolution to be in true 4:3 with no black bars.
